Dear members of the volleyball club,

I am excited to announce my intent to apply for the position of Captain for our Mixed Volleyball team. As we embark on this journey, I am committed to leading with unity, passion, and support. I look forward to working together and achieving great success on and off the court.

As a Captain of the team, I believe that it is important to unite everyone, bring all talents and different perspectives together to the table, and achieve greatness. I am also dedicated to pushing our team to reach new levels. Through our training sessions or during the game, we will strive for nothing less than our very best in every match we play

Whilst pursuing victory is important, so is the joy of the game we play. I will work to create a positive and fun-filled environment where every member of our team feels valued, appreciated, and excited to come to practice and compete.

While uniting the team and improving our play may be important, I also believe that there is nothing more important than supporting our members. Whether it's on or off the court, I will be there to lend a listening ear, offer help and provide encouragement. Together we will overcome obstacles and grow stronger as a team.
