A week all about supporting and celebrating women in Sport at Goldsmiths.
This Girl Can week will be taking place from Monday 19 February to Sunday 25 February. This week is all about celebrating and supporting Women in sports.
Throughout the week on our social media @GoldsmithsSU we'll be highlighting women led sports on campus as well as celebrating the history of Trans women in sport.
You can join us at one of our free sessions hosted throughout the week in the SU Venue where we will be raising money for local domestic violence charities to highlight the important work they do. All the event details are below:
Monday 19 February - Boxfit class
Have fun and challenge yourself at BoxFit. The one hour session will get your heart pumping in a full body workout that will help you build a strong core and build power.

Wednesday 21 February - Self Defence class
Empower Yourself with Confidence and Self-Defence Skills. This session will take you through the basics of self defence and give you the tools to feel confident in defending yourself.

Friday 23 February - Yoga class
We'll be wrapping up This Girl Can week with a Yoga session as we wind down our minds and body.
